"Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." Maya Angelou

Beulah Heights Social Integregration Program is a nontraditional, faith based program that is committed to providing diverse and creative support services to the chronically homeless, ex-offenders, those who are chemically dependent and others in the Greater New Haven Area. We work with all individuals so that they might receive social and spiritual support to empower and encourage them to become productive members of this community.

The Beulah Heights Social Integration Program is designed to help people become independent to build healthier communities and lives. This program was established from the concept of providing a hot breakfast and encouragement to individuals facing an extremely difficult time in their lives, homelessness. The name was  given to the idea  the “Sunday Morning Manna.”  The Sunday Morning Manna was sponsored by the Beulah Heights First Pentecostal Church and birth from the advance bible study classes on Sunday mornings. Some dedicated participants began reaching out to the shelters and halfway house and the name social integration program was born. This great endeavor began in November 2007 and continues on today. The service provides a hot meal, spiritual and emotional support to the homeless population of the Greater New Haven Area.
